In the events that a package goes missing, The Erudite Artist is not liable for any loss upon handing the item to the courier, however, I will provide assistance to help find your parcel.

Fully paid orders are processed immediately, therefore cancellations are strictly not allowed.

Due to the nature of the products being handmade, slight imperfections will be present. However, defective and faulty products with substantial evidence upon receiving will be provided replacements.
