How do I track my order?


All orders are provided shipping/tracking number and will be sent to you.




What happens when my item is missing?


In the events that a package goes missing, The Erudite Artist is not liable for any loss upon handing the item to the courier, however, I will provide assistance to help find your parcel.




Do you accept refunds/returns?


Fully paid orders are processed immediately, therefore cancellations are strictly not allowed. Due to the nature of the products being handmade, slight imperfections will be present. However, defective and faulty products with substantial evidence upon receiving will be provided replacements. Sale items are not eligible for refunds/replacement.




What are you selling?


The shop offers both PHYSICAL PRINTS and DIGITAL PRODUCTS. Please read the labels carefully to avoid any inconvenience. All products with [DIGITAL] need no physical items to be shipped.
